Do you know if there is a right of withdrawal for online software?
I bought capturodebit which does not suit me at all, especially compared to ditel.

Hard to say.
We have, for example, reimbursed a customer who was unable to use Ditel Fax because he had a computer under Vista Home system on which Microsoft removed the fax console, but this is only a commercial gesture to be negotiated with the supplier.
