Software Ditel Mail

The Mailing version of Ditel allows you to send your personalized emails automatically.

Its operation is identical to Word's mailing mode, that is to say that you can personalize each email

with the different fields contained in your customer file.

Technical explanation

You create a document with Word with all the links that must point to your site, you personalize this document

by inserting the mailing fields. Always in Word you save your document in HTML (Save

under> Other Formats> Web Page (* .htm).

In Ditel Mail in the Emails window you choose HTML (Word). You select your htm file created with Word (here example_word.htm) and you make a test by indicating your email address in Test address (be careful to have put the

smtp from your ISP in the email account smtp.orange.fr for example).

You receive the email directly with its images, links and presentation as you created it in Word. For specialists, this Word document is sent by Ditel Mail in base 64, therefore perfectly undetectable by software

anti spam.
